You’ve started your dream business. You’ve got your first clients and first sales. You are on cloud nine, but you really have no idea where you’re headed. Start off with a mission statement. A mission statement will keep you focused on a course that’s headed for success.
Your business mission statement not only gives you a clear definition of your company’s goals and values, it also gives your customers a chance to know what you’re all about.
Crafting a mission statement brings clarity and accountability to your business, your brand and yourself. It serves as a guide so that everything you put out is consistent and in alignment.
Mission Statement Definition

A mission statement answers the following questions:

- Who do you do it for?
- What solutions do you bring?
- What makes you stand apart from your competitors?
- What are your core principles?
