Can I hire a copywriter?
Yes, we have a team of highly talented writers who can help create content for email marketing campaigns, newsletters, brochures, news releases, direct mail pieces, blogs, and other marketing materials. Even if you need an extra set of eyes, we can help you edit any literature you need a hand with. We also offer affordable copywriting packages.
How do I know if I need a social media management firm?
If you set up a social media page months ago and haven’t had a chance to post anything, then you need to hire a social media manager. Social media management can be time-consuming and requires a ton of creativity and content.
Should I stop advertising other places and only focus on social media?
Social media is a powerful tool and integral in the lives of millions. For this reason, it’s imperative to expose your company and brand on social media. Some traditional tools, such as magazine, TV, radio, and billboards are still useful, but it really depends on who your audience is. One of the first steps in developing a marketing strategy is really detailing who your customer is. See this blog post on how to create a customer persona.
Should I be on every social media platform?
I am all about having that social proof, such as being found across all social media channels, but the most important social media platform to be on is the one your customer is using.
Should I forget about a website and only have a social media page?
Websites have an important place in your overall marketing strategy and so does social media. I don’t think that either can replace the other. I like to create a strategy that utilizes both to reach your customers. You really have to think about what you want your customers to experience once you have their attention…is it your website or your social media page?
What is your business intensive?
I have come across several organizations that are doing great, but lack a clear vision, goals and marketing strategy. I created the Business Intensive to cater to this client, to help bring out all the information that they already know, but don’t know how to communicate it or put structure to it. With the Business Intensive we focus on core values, mission statement, ideal customer, vision, elevator pitch, services, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and more. It’s a very helpful exercise for every company to experience because it provides a clear path for business success.
